I’m a fashion and beauty feature writer for Devon Life and Exeter Life and I’ve previously worked as a marketing editor for a fashion and lifestyle ecommerce business, a digital writer for Harper’s Bazaar, a digital content producer at House of Fraser and as a freelance contributor/ consultant for The National Trust, Cosmopolitan, allaboutyou.com, Men’s Health, The Times T2, The Saturday Times Magazine and InStyle.
Beyond my career, my interests are far-reaching; notably I am passionate about art and beauty in many forms. I studied Musical Theatre at The Arts Educational School in Tring whilst taking my A-levels. Following a gap year, I attended Royal Holloway University of London and graduated in 2008 with a first-class honours BA degree in Theatre Studies, for which I completed my dissertation based on the practice of arts therapies amongst patients with psychological disorders.
My husband and I recently relocated to Devon where I aim to balance my working life with family time, whilst continuing to nurture my interests and develop my skills. I chose The little White Diamond as the title for this website because since I married my husband, Diamond is my name. Lastly, this by-no-means exhaustive list includes some of my favourite things in life (in no particular order);
